Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant at Cypress Pointe to help prospective residents find their next home, tour the community, and process lease applications. You will type leases and perform related tasks while contributing to resident retention.

You will plan and attend resident functions, collect rent, and participate in market research and reporting to optimize occupancy and retention. A strong emphasis on customer service and communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and drafting leases.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments from residents.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on property expectations.
