• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and resident communications.
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Create and manage social media content and online listings to promote the property.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations to increase referrals and traffic.
• Support resident retention initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with residents and maintenance staff.
