Property Management is accepting resumes for a full-time Leasing Consultant at one of our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a promote-from-within culture.

We seek polished, engaging, energetic salespeople with sales/customer service experience (retail, leasing, hospitality, etc.) who are committed to excellence in a high-energy, upscale environment. We provide training, coaching, and education to develop our leasing consultants into industry leaders.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant manages all leasing activities at the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and tour prospects
  • Achieve leasing targets and communicate proactively with the Property Manager
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries
  • Understand leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of sales and tour areas, reporting issues
  • Close leases effectively by asking for the sale
  • Accurately manage lead information in Resman and Knock
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or mail
  • Manage waitlist and communicate updates
  • Warm call prospects as needed
  • Follow screening procedures
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
  • Collect funds and move-in fees
  • Maintain signage appearance daily
  • Support customer service efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
