Compensation: $20 per hour

Overview
Legacy Apartments is looking for a leasing consultant to use their customer service skills to connect with future residents and identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting your community’s unique features and benefits, and what sets it apart from the competition
• Communicate effectively with potential residents at all steps to help call your community their home
• Serve as a resource for residents to express problems and assist in finding solutions
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents
• Use attention to detail to perform office administrative tasks
• Coordinate fun activities for residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
