The Scion Group seeks a full-time, on-site Leasing Coordinator at Hillside San Marcos, TX. You will engage with students, their families, and prospective renters during peak move-in periods while maintaining a professional, student-focused approach.

This role requires a customer-first mindset, excellent communication with a diverse student population, flexibility for evenings and weekends, reliability, and savvy use of social media as a marketing and engagement tool.

Job description

The Scion Group has built a real niche in student housing, operating communities near major universities across the country. Their Hillside San Marcos property sits in a market shaped almost entirely by Texas State University, where enrollment consistently pushes above 38,000 students. That context matters for this role. You're not leasing to a general renter pool. You're talking to 19-year-olds, their parents, transfer students, and grad students, often all in the same afternoon, and each conversation requires a different register.
