Interstate Equities Corporation (IEC) is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to manage leasing activities at three communities totaling 543 units in Redwood City, California. The schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, supporting marketing and leasing efforts with strong customer service.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of multifamily leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and strong communication and computer skills.

COMPENSATION INCLUDES HOURLY RATE OF $21.00- $25.00 PER HOUR PLUS MONTHLY COMMISSIONS AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!

Position Summary:

• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)

• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
