Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead the sales and resident experience for our properties in the Plymouth area. You will drive leasing success, engage prospective residents, and work with the team to deliver exceptional service and experiences.

The role requires energy, creativity, and the ability to seal deals while maintaining professional communications with residents and applicants alike, ensuring attractive presentation and market awareness.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.

As one of ourLeasing Consultant (Sales & Resident Experience Consultant) you are innovative and spend your day leading your team to drive the success of the property. You are enthusiastic and creative and you know what drives the market as well as your sales team! You are a people-loving soul, who is a home finding helper, and a hero!

So, here are a few of the things that we believe are essential to being the best Leasing Consultant (Sales & Resident Experience Consultant)there is:

• You have to LOVE people, all kinds of people!!
• You must be able to “seal the deal”! Expectations of at least a 20% closing ratio
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather
• Be an inspector! Tour routes and models are your showcase; make sure they look their best!
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing property and improving resident satisfaction
• Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and your team members
• Have exceptional administrative skills with attention to detail

Current anticipated annual base salary range: $42,750 - $49,400.Base salary within the range will be determined by various factors including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills and qualifications.
