• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and through email.

• Conduct property tours and highlight features of available units.

• Complete lease applications and related paperwork accurately.

• Stay updated on unit availability, pricing, lease terms, and community policies.

• Follow up with prospects to help meet leasing goals.

• Help with marketing efforts, including social media and resident events.

• Keep the leasing office and model units clean and presentable.

• Provide excellent service to support resident satisfaction and retention.

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.

• Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field (preferred). Open to entry level.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work on Saturdays and a flexible schedule as needed.

  • Proficiency with computer skills.
