Dover Gardens Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents and manage lease transactions. The role involves conducting property tours, ensuring excellent customer service, and participating in marketing efforts. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a high school diploma. Competitive salary with commissions and benefits including rent discounts available.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and through email.
Conduct property tours and highlight features of available units.
Complete lease applications and related paperwork accurately.
Stay updated on unit availability, pricing, lease terms, and community policies.
Follow up with prospects to help meet leasing goals.
Help with marketing efforts, including social media and resident events.
Keep the leasing office and model units clean and presentable.
Provide excellent service to support resident satisfaction and retention.
Perform tasks as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or related field (preferred). Open to entry level.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work on Saturdays and a flexible schedule as needed.
Proficiency with computer skills.
Competitive base salary plus leasing commissions.
