Centerspace is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Union Pointe Apartments in Longmont, CO. You will manage the leasing funnel, assist applicants, and ensure exceptional resident service. The role includes some Saturdays and a mandatory pre-employment assessment as part of the process.
The base pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour, with eligibility for commissions, bonuses, PTO, and benefits. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, and knowledge of MRI/Yardi is a plus.

Centerspace is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Consultant to join our team at our beautiful Union Pointe Apartments in Longmont, Colorado!

The base salary for this position is expected to start at $20.00- $22.00/hour, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity.
Successful Leasing Consultant demonstrates an unparallel commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping customers find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Leader and your work schedule will include Saturdays. As part of the selection process, all candidates are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment once they complete the job application. Completion of this assessment is mandatory for further consideration of your application. Failure to complete the assessment will result in the discontinuation of your candidacy for the position.

Summary
Responsible for the rental of apartment units to always ensure maximum occupancy and an exceptional customer experience that promotes optimal retention by performing the following duties personally.
Follows already established procedures. Complies with all internal leasing policies, Fair Housing requirements and all other applicable laws and regulations. Generally given substantial guidance but expected to be self-directed once trained. Able to follow instructions, prioritize duties and comply with deadlines.
