Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Littleton, CO is seeking an office professional to join the leasing team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive occupancy through creative marketing, and nurture resident relationships to create a welcoming community.

You Have

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
