Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant for our Westminster community. This full-time role supports a 40-hour work week and focuses on guiding prospective residents through tours, floorplan choices, and lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain strong relationships, and use property management software along with MS Office to manage leads and applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for prospective residents.
• Conduct guided tours and present floorplan options to residents, guiding them toward leases.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates and move them through the leasing process.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure a seamless resident experience and timely responses to inquiries.

Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You know what makes people tick, and follow through on every lead to ensure that our prospective residents know you care. With weekends being the most high-traffic time for future residents to explore their home options, Saturday availability is required.

• Incredible customer service skills. You have a knack for creating a sense of community and the drive to go the extra mile to create a spectacular experience for new residents. Your success and purpose are driven by the relationships that you build.
• Sales and marketing chops. Your personalized connections and recommendations drive our leasing performance, and your ability to create excitement through creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media fuel community enthusiasm for Vivmark.
• Follow-through. By understanding what s important to our prospective residents, you continuously reach out with tailored updates - from the ideal floorplan they ve been eyeing, to the newest hot-spot openings, to the best food truck in the neighborhood you help to paint a picture of what it s like to call your community home.
• A genuine desire to help both residents and colleagues in Creating a Better Way to Live.

You Have
