Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Orion McCord Park who thrives on delivering excellent customer service to prospective residents and can identify needs to secure lease agreements. You will generate interest by highlighting the community's features, communicate clearly through the leasing process, and build lasting relationships to retain residents.

A high school diploma is required; a college degree is a plus, and you must have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate effectively with potential residents through all steps to call the community home.
• Serve as a resource to residents to express problems and assist with resolutions.
• Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate fun activities for residents.

Compensation

$19.50 to $22 per hour

Overview

Orion McCord Park is looking for a leasing consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.
