Job description

Property Management is presently accepting resumes for a full-time Leasing Consultant at one of our apartment communities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company with a promote-from-within culture.

We seek polished, engaging, and energetic salespeople with sales/customer service experience (high-end retail, leasing, hospitality, etc.) who are committed to excellence in a high-energy, upscale environment. General Summary

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant handles all leasing production aspects at the community.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects
  2. Achieve individual and group leasing targets, communicating opportunities or threats to the Property Manager
  3. Respond promptly and effectively to all online rental inquiries
  4. Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability
  5. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for sales and leasing models, reporting issues promptly
  6. Maintain the "tour route" in excellent condition and address any problems quickly
  7. Close leasing deals by confidently asking for the sale
  8. Ensure lead information is accurate and complete in Resman and Knock
  9. Follow up with prospects through email, phone, or letter
  10. Manage the community waitlist and communicate updates to prospects
  11. Warm call prospects as needed
  12. Properly execute screening procedures
  13. Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
  14. Collect all funds and move-in fees properly
  15. Maintain 'model open' signs and their appearance daily
  16. Support all customer service efforts at the community
  17. Perform other tasks as assigned
