Overview

KETTLER currently has an opening for a Leasing Consultant at Delamarre at Celebration, an apartment community located in Celebration, FL.

The Leasing Consultant, under the direction of the Community Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
• Performing outreach marketing and creating engaging social media initiatives to connect residents, managing posts.
• Following up daily on prospects to answer questions and ensure a high-touch approach.
• Assisting with resident retention and supporting efforts to partner with local businesses and organizations.
• Walking the marketing path daily and providing excellent customer service.
• Processing lease applications and qualifying residents.
• Supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks like answering phones.
• Resolving resident concerns and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience, preferably in residential property management.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism in interactions.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for businesses.
