Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of lease processes and lease administration, including preparing, reviewing, and accurately maintaining lease documents.
• Skills in resident retention and customer service, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond effectively to resident needs.
• Strong communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication with residents, prospects, and team members.
• Basic sales and marketing skills relevant to leasing, including presenting property features and supporting community marketing efforts.
• Previous experience in property management, leasing, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Katy, TX, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office applications is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or related fields is an advantage.
