Job summary

Artcraft Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Jacksonville, FL to drive tours, qualify prospects, and process applications. The role involves coordinating move-ins and supporting marketing initiatives on-site.

The ideal candidate has sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and excellent organization with availability for weekend/holiday hours and potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance; errands may be required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with payroll and PM software beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospects.
• Follow up with prospects to close leads.
• Process rental applications accurately.
• Coordinate move-ins with new residents.
• Support marketing efforts and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: possession of a valid Virginia driver’s license and proof of insurance; errands are part of duties as assigned.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Payroll Systems; Project Management Software.
• Other skills required:
  • A minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
  • Customer service background desirable.
  • Basic arithmetic skills necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills necessary.
  • Individual must enjoy dealing with people and have outstanding customer service skills.
  • Weekend and/or holiday hours may be required.
  • Willingness to complete time‑sensitive projects after regular hours when necessary.
  • Must be willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
