Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an on-site leasing professional to handle marketing, showings, and lease administration for a residential property in the Harrisburg area. You will manage renewals, processing applications, and maintain resident files while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Role requires regular weekend and holiday hours, strong customer service, and accurate office administration. Compensation ranges from $16 to $19 per hour with bonus incentives and standard benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular daily office hours including weekends and holidays as required;
  • Answer Leasing Office phones as instructed by Community Manager;
  • Show and lease apartments in an effective, professional, friendly manner as directed by RP Management’s policies and procedures;
  • Know and understand RP Management’s Lease agreement, related documents, and the affecting Landlord-Tenant code and other laws and ordinances affecting the marketing and leasing of the property;
  • Maintain constant awareness and compliance to the Fair Housing Laws;
  • Develop and maintain a leasing consultants reference book for the property’s unique features, amenities, size, available apartments, rental rates, and leading promotions in effect;
  • Handle, track, and follow-up on all referrals, walk-ins, and phone inquiries;
  • Develop and maintain a show route, including coordinating an apartment show list with the Community Manager;
  • Process applications according to RP Management’s policies and procedures for the Community Manager’s approval;
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a leasing checklist and package to include all required forms, deposits, schedules, and information needed to effectively lease apartments;
  • Develop and maintain a complete resident lease file for each rental to include all items referenced on the Resident File Checklist and as directed by the Community Manager;
  • Collect deposits and rents;
  • Process and maintain work orders, coordinate effective, timely completion with maintenance staff, and provide necessary notifications to Community Manager and tenants;
  • Inspect apartments for move-out condition and turnover status;
  • Visit comparable sites and assist Community Manager in the preparation of the quarterly Competitive Market Analysis;
  • Assist Community Manager in the development and placement of advertising;
  • Assist in the development and coordination of leasing events and tenant promotional activities;
  • Code and process invoices for Community Manager;
  • Preform computer data entry as required by Community Manager;
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination for required reports and monthly newsletters, tenant correspondence, etc.;
  • Order office supplies and welcome gift items as directed by the Community Manager.

Job description

Compensation:

$16 / Hour - $19 / Hour + Bonus incentives with benefits including PTO, medical & dental coverage and 401(k) with employer-matching contribution. Friendly, comfortable working environment.

Shift:

8:30AM - 5:00PM, Closed all major holidays - Saturdays included
