Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to attract prospects, screen applicants, and guide them through the lease process. You will promote properties, conduct tours, and work with the property team to maximize occupancy while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include negotiating leases, preparing contracts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate reports. A valid license and a minimum of one year in sales or leasing are preferred.

• Valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Description:A leasing consultant primary role is to attract and screen potential tenants, provide information about available properties, negotiate lease terms, and ensure a smooth leasing process.As a leasing consultant you will be responsible for leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining positive relationships with current residents. Your role involves marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease agreements, and providing excellent customer service.
