We are searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to manage the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience nothing short of luxury living.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process, from welcoming prospective residents to closing leases.
• Conduct customized tours, recommending floorplans and addressing questions about the community and local amenities.
• Use property management software and Microsoft Office to manage leads and documents.
• Follow up with prospects, providing tailored updates and information to keep them engaged.
• Support community marketing initiatives, including social media and events, to generate excitement and encourage residency.
• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, ensuring compliance with fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1–2 years of experience in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
