Job Description Summary

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments and assisting tenants. Duties include meeting prospective tenants, explaining lease terms, collecting deposits, and promoting the community.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, schedule tours, assist residents, and handle maintenance requests.
• Greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and explain leases.
• Prepare move-in packets and review community policies with new residents.
• Conduct move-in walkthroughs and complete inventory sheets.
• Support marketing efforts and resident retention activities.
• Maintain office cleanliness and follow up on work orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 1-2 years related experience in residential services, customer service, or sales.
• Experience with marketing, sales, and customer service preferred.
• Experience with Bluemoon, Yieldstart, Onsite, or Yardi systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to cover weekend shifts as needed.
