Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) to convert leads into tours and secure new leases while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will leverage social media to generate awareness and engage with prospects, maintaining a professional image and strong communication throughout the process.

The role emphasizes weekend availability, customer focus, and proficiency with diverse software tools to support outreach, tours, and leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful information about the community and neighborhood.
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week.

Salary Range

$45,000—$47,000 USD
