Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Leasing Consultant to convert leads into tours and leases, delivering compelling information about the community and neighborhood. You will conduct informative tours and build brand loyalty through outstanding resident experiences.

You will also generate awareness on social media and help create engaging content while maintaining a polished, professional appearance. Weekend availability is required three times per month.

As a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Marketing Associate), your primary responsibilities include:

• Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conducting informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Building brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generating awareness, interest and excitement via social media
• Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week

Salary Range
$50,000—$54,000 USD
