Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leasing or related customer service/sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process, conduct tours, and showcase the community.
• Prepare and explain lease documents with accuracy and professionalism for smooth move-ins.
• Assist with applicant screening and compliance for affordable housing programs where applicable.
• Support daily operations with the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintain leasing and traffic data, respond to inquiries, and implement sales/marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engage with residents, coordinate events, and foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participate in company training to grow knowledge in property management.
• Uphold high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities.
• Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience.
• Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable.
• Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.
• Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
• Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management.
• Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or a related customer service/sales role
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
