Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years leasing/sales or customer service experience.
• High energy, professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones with friendly, standardized greeting and document inquiries.
• Show model and available apartments; qualify prospects and schedule tours.
• Assist applicants with completing and reviewing rental applications; explain deposit/fee policies.
• Prepare lease documents and explain terms; coordinate move-in with Community Manager.
• Process moves, collect deposits/fees, and ensure rents are entered in system accurately.
• Notify residents of lease renewals and assist with renewal paperwork as required.
• Handle service requests by routing to maintenance and updating records in Yardi.
