Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking a Temporary Outreach and Marketing Assistant to drive leasing leads, support property marketing, and boost occupancy across multifamily properties in Texas. This role focuses on local business development, lead generation, community marketing, and proactive prospect engagement.

The ideal candidate is comfortable approaching businesses and organizations, confident promoting rental properties, and motivated by generating leads and leasing opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in sales/marketing/leasing or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel locally.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales and community outreach across properties and local markets.
• Build relationships with businesses, employers, schools, and groups to generate leads.
• Promote available units, amenities, specials, and leasing opportunities.
• Distribute marketing materials and represent AAM Living at events.
• Generate qualified leasing traffic and support follow-up and conversion.
• Track outreach, leads, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Identify new sales, marketing, and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Leasing and Community Managers to hit occupancy goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
• Maintain current marketing materials and support additional activities.
