Job summary

Tishco Properties, LLC is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Thomasville, GA to show and lease apartments to prospective residents. You will be customer-focused and service oriented, helping current residents feel welcome in a vibrant community.

You will work with the service staff to meet quality standards, manage lead and resident communications in YARDI/ELISE, and stay compliant with housing laws. Must have a valid license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Ability to use standard office equipment and property software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing/Marketing: greet visitors and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Respond to inquiries and oversee lead and customer service in the property system.
• Inspect market-ready units and document move-ins/outs and utilities.
• Maintain communication with the Resident Manager and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with landlord-resident and Fair Housing laws.
