Fogelman is seeking a professional Leasing Consultant to join The Berkeley in the Duluth area. This is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive leasing commissions.

We’re looking for creative, sales‑driven individuals who enjoy helping people find their next home. Ideal candidates have at least two years of leasing or sales experience.

Fogelman offers biweekly pay with commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing training and career development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with property management tools (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar) preferred.
• Marketing know-how for social media and resident events.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and process applications.
• Walk prospects to model apartments and explain leases.
• Follow up with prospects and manage renewals.
• Schedule move-ins and complete lease paperwork.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain compliance with policy and Fair Housing.
