Preferred Apartment Communities seeks a Leasing Associate for The Palmer at Las Colinas to drive leasing through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques. You will address inquiries, handle applications, screenings, and move-in coordination, while maintaining appealing community spaces and handling administrative tasks.

The role requires multi-family property management experience and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities in a supportive, growth-focused workplace.

• Social media marketing experience preferred.

• Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident and prospect inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Manage the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease documentation, and move-in coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert prospective resident leads through tours, follow-up, and professional sales techniques to achieve leasing goals.

Requirements:
