Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Leasing Associate to greet and tour prospective residents, lease apartments, and promote our properties on social media. You’ll be the face of Haven in Nashville, connecting with future residents and helping people find their perfect home.

You’ll earn commissions on every lease and renewal, work with a fun team, and grow a career in property management. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for broader resident outreach.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service.
• Strong resident relations and collections experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
