Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for Springs at Colonial in Cordova, TN. You will drive leasing, guide tours, and nurture relationships with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with a courteous, professional attitude and keep tour paths and model units ready and inviting.
• Drive leasing from first contact to move‑in, lead inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move‑ins while using marketing and technology to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Maintain prospect and resident follow‑ups, conduct move‑in inspections, support lease renewals, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable regulations.

Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑centric Leasing Associate to join our team at our beautiful Springs at Colonial residential apartment community in Cordova, TN. You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the property.

Position Specifics

• Full‑Time
• Pay: $17.00‑$21.00 per hour

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour‑ready units and maintaining a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Driving Success Through Sales & Marketing Drive leasing success from first contact to move‑in. Being the leader on inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move‑ins while leveraging creative marketing, advertising, resident events, and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Day‑to‑Day Office & Community Operations Ensure a best‑in‑class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow‑ups, conducting move‑in inspections, and supporting lease renewals and occupancy tracking. All while maintaining full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulations.

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience.
• Can work a flexible schedule—including weekends, evenings, and holidays—because great service doesn’t clock out at 5.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet—touring the community (for a period of up to 8 hours), climbing stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools like computers and phones throughout the day.
