Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Associate for Authentix Town Creek in Lenoir City, TN. You will drive leasing from inquiry to move-in, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and coordinate tours while maintaining a clean, inviting community.

You will report to the Community Manager and benefit from performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits program. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings in a full-time schedule.

Continental Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Associate to join our team at our beautiful Authentix Town Creek residential apartment community in Lenoir City, TN.

You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Successful Leasing Associates demonstrate an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping clients find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Manager of the property.

Position Specifics

• Full-Time
• Pay: $16.75-$20.01 per hour
• Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives

Essential Responsibilities

Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units and maintaining a clean, inviting model and tour path daily

Driving Success Through Sales & Marketing

• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in. Being the leader on inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating seamless move-ins while leveraging creative marketing, advertising, resident events, and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals

Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations

• Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow-ups, conducting move-in inspections, and supporting lease renewals and occupancy tracking. All while maintaining full compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and all applicable regulation

Skills For Success

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience
• Can work a flexible schedule -including weekends, evenings, and holidays- because great service doesn't clock out at 5
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet - touring the community (for a period of up to 8 hours), climbing stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools like computers and phones throughout the day
