We are currently seeking an engaged and passionate professional to serve as Leasing and Compliance Specialist for our Barclays properties with a combined 198 units.
Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Leasing and Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing all resident file compliance activities during active lease-up for PBRV-assisted and LIHTC regulated properties. This role ensures that applications, certifications and resident files are processed accurately, submitted timely and fully audit-ready in accordance with HUD, investor, and internal Trek compliance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and experienced with LIHTC lease-ups and third-party audits.

Salary: $52,000.00/yr
