Overview

Willow Bridge Property Company, based in Danbury, Connecticut, is seeking an experienced Leasing & Marketing Professional. We are a full-service residential property company with over 180,000 apartment units managed across more than 75 U.S. markets, overseeing assets valued at $3 billion. We value individuals who enjoy building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and are entrepreneurial-minded.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including apartment leasing, lease paperwork, and facilitating smooth move-ins.
  2. Greet clients, assess their needs, answer questions, and give tours of the community.
  3. Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals.
  4. Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email, including providing leasing information and handling maintenance requests.
  5. Assist with completing reports as assigned by management.
  6. Receive deposits and rent payments, recording transactions accurately.
  7. Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service focused and able to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends.
  • Ability to tour the community, including walking and climbing stairs.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required.
