Description

Position: Leasing Agent – Riverplace Apartment Homes
Location: Riverplace Apartment Homes, Independence, OR 97351
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, Thursday through Monday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (60-minute unpaid meal break)
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE, plus potential monthly bonuses based on leasing performance, renewals, and resident engagement
Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime pay
Monthly Stipend: $50 cell phone stipend

As a Leasing Agent, you will create a positive first impression for prospective residents, listen, guide, and build relationships to enhance their experience and support our community's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents; conduct personalized tours of units and amenities
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Maintain marketing materials and ensure accurate online listings
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns
• Prepare and process lease applications, move-in documents, and renewals
• Keep model units, common areas, and the leasing office clean and inviting
• Assist with outreach marketing and community engagement to increase occupancy
• Collaborate with property management to meet leasing goals and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• Customer service or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management platforms (Yardi a plus)
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, eager to exceed expectations
• Ability to walk the property, tour apartments, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
