Qualifications

• Texas real estate license required.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ensure the property portfolio is rented to full capacity.
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property.
• Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are accurate.
• Ensure current resident files are properly maintained.
• Make 20+ phone calls per day.
• Working weekends required.
