Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a Leasing Agent in Everett, WA. The role is part-time with weekend availability and pays $21.50–$22.00 per hour. You will assist with leasing, respond to inquiries, monitor social media, and support leasing activity on-site.

You will manage applications, coordinate tours, and maintain property presentations. The position requires strong clerical skills, prior office experience, and the ability to work with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Previous clerical/administrative experience and familiarity with office software.
• Ability to speak with residents and maintain good working relations with team members and contract laborers.

• Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which units are ready for a tour
• Run leasing applications
• Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials
• Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software
• Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property
