Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00 hourly PLUS Commissions!

Are you a dynamic, customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in the leasing industry? We’re searching for a proactive and personable Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive leasing and marketing efforts, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations—helping prospective residents find their perfect home while fostering lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

Leasing & Marketing – Showcase available apartments, conduct tours, and support off-site marketing efforts.

Property Appearance – Inspect model units, maintain high property standards, and ensure curb appeal.

Compliance & Documentation – Uphold Fair Housing laws, process applications, and prepare lease agreements.

Resident & Office Organization – Maintain accurate files, reports, and lease documentation.

Financial Transactions – Collect rents/deposits and handle bank deposits.

Communication & Customer Service – Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Resident Retention & Renewals – Support lease renewals and strengthen community relationships.

Operational Support – Submit work orders and oversee timely maintenance resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous leasing experience preferred. AppFolio experience preferred.

Licenses: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance (must report any changes immediately).

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Professionalism: Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a commitment to outstanding service.
