Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join a Class A luxury lease-up in Los Angeles. You will be the first contact for prospective residents, delivering an exceptional leasing experience, presenting community features, and supporting occupancy goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for prospective residents and deliver an exceptional leasing experience.
• Support the property’s leasing and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and team to maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and performance.

We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent – Lease-Up!

AMC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team at a Class A luxury lease-up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a premier community from day one—helping residents find their perfect home and contributing to the success of a luxury living experience.

As a Leasing Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for delivering exceptional leasing experience, building strong relationships, and supporting the property’s leasing and occupancy goals. You’ll work closely with the Property Manager and team to maintain high standards of customer service, presentation, and performance.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or lease-up communities is a plus.

Additional Information

Compensation:

Full-Time $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
