Leasing Agent - Eastpark Apartment Homes

Join our team as a Leasing Agent at Eastpark Apartment Homes in Salem, Oregon. Located at 114 Greencrest Street, Eastpark offers modern living spaces and extensive amenities, including a pool, spa, clubhouse, fitness center, and more.

Position Details:

• Location: Eastpark Apartment Homes, Salem, OR
• Property Size: 369 units
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Thursday to Monday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, 60-minute lunch
• Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE (with monthly bonuses through our Lease-up Incentive Bonus Plan)
• Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime

Role Overview: As a Leasing Agent, you will be the welcoming face of Eastpark, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting property tours, and providing exceptional customer service to build a vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and guide them through leasing
• Conduct property tours and highlight amenities
• Process applications and prepare move-in/renewal documents
• Maintain marketing efforts and track leads
• Address resident concerns and ensure property presentation
• Support marketing initiatives and maintain a welcoming environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and operate a golf cart
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
