Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of leasing experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of property management software (Onesite).

Responsibilities

• Present and lease properties to prospective tenants.
• Take future residents on tours of units and establish rapport.
• Conduct daily follow-up with prospective tenants and collect payments.
• Prepare leasing forms and ensure proper documentation.
