Role Overview

This full-time, entry-level position involves working from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at both our Woodbend Apartments and Buffington Towers locations. Responsibilities include processing rental applications, leasing apartments, rent collection, resident interaction, posting notices, and showing units. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous leasing experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel between locations
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Passion for community engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License required
