About the Role
- Leasing Agents serve as the face of Granite, acting as the initial contact for new and current tenants seeking to rent or needing assistance regarding their units. They represent the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability.
What you'll do
- Be knowledgeable about Granite managed properties, including locations, attributes, and amenities.
- Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings to secure new leases.
- Prepare and present new and renewal leases, answering questions regarding the lease and property.
- Understand the roles of Granite staff and departments to better serve tenants and stakeholders.
- Process lease and internal documentation.
- Contribute to leasing meetings with knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain company vehicle in a safe, clean condition, if applicable.
- Seek specialization in areas like leasing, customer service, social media marketing, and integrated services.
- Work overtime during high-volume periods.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of property management experience preferred.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and structured.
- Flexible, approachable, and capable of multitasking.
- High integrity and character.
