Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. seeks a friendly Leasing Agent to connect prospective residents with their ideal apartment home. You’ll apply sales skills and deliver exceptional service to current tenants while guiding applicants through the leasing process.

In this role you’ll conduct tours, collaborate with maintenance staff, and help build a welcoming community. Weekend availability is requested to meet leasing demands.

Benefits and Pay Range:

• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - 20.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus monthly bonus potential!
• Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
