Job summary

The Lennox Apartments in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee our apartment community. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends to support leasing objectives.

Candidates with property management software experience (OneSite/Knock) and leasing background will be preferred. Spanish-speaking is a plus, and you will contribute to occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Experience with property management software: OneSite or Knock.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Ability to work Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week (Tue–Thu).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to prospective residents.
• Promote via promotional items and technology to generate leads.
• Build relationships with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Generate leads with follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
• Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday with two days off during the week (Tues - Thurs).
