5 West Group is seeking a prudent Leasing Agent to manage day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family residential properties, aiming to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction. You will handle leasing leads in real time via phone and email, coordinate with the Property Manager, and support marketing, maintenance, rent collection, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has leasing experience in multi-family housing, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Experience as a Leasing Agent in multi-family housing.
• Strong understanding of property management best practices and financials.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask as needed and travel between sites if required.
