Job summary

Fairfield Property Management in the United States is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to bridge our management office and residents, marketing the property, screening applicants, and ensuring a welcoming leasing office. You will handle shows, answer calls, schedule visits, maintain files, and deliver outstanding customer service to sustain high occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months to one year of property management or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated go-getter who can work independently with little guidance.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and ability to learn other software as needed; ability to write correspondence in a professional manner.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Weekend availability is required.
