About the Role:
Join the National Real Estate Management Group as a Leasing Agent, where you will play a vital role in connecting potential tenants with their dream homes. Be part of a dynamic team in Grosse Pointe Park, MI, dedicated to providing exceptional service and creating lasting relationships in the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Assist in the application process, including screening applicants and processing paperwork.
Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
Respond to inquiries from potential tenants in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention..
Stay informed about local market trends and rental rates to provide accurate information.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage follow-ups effectively.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Real Estate License
Previous experience in leasing, real estate sales, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in Google Suite and experience with property management software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when needed.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Driven by personal achievement with a "go getter" attitude
