Job summary

Opti Staffing Group in Seattle's Capitol Hill area is seeking a Leasing Agent to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, answer inquiries, schedule tours, and verify applications and eligibility.

You will maintain accurate leasing files, coordinate move-ins, and communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and internal teams while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, housing, or related customer service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and provide information on apartments, qualifications, and eligibility.
• Schedule and conduct apartment tours and guide applicants through the leasing process.
• Collect and review required documentation and assist with verification of eligibility.
