Woodruff Property Management Company in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. You will greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, process rental applications, and support daily leasing operations to ensure a welcoming community.

This full-time role offers exposure to property marketing, resident relations, and collaboration with management and maintenance teams to deliver outstanding resident service while upholding Fair Housing

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

• Process rental applications, lease documents, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of apartment availability and leasing activity.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident requests.
• Support property marketing efforts, including social media, online listings, and community outreach.
• Work closely with management and maintenance teams to provide excellent resident service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Assist at other WPMC properties as needed.

Role Description

Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team in Panama City Beach, FL.

This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for assisting prospective residents, conducting apartment tours, processing rental applications, and supporting daily leasing operations. The Leasing Consultant will also assist with property marketing, resident relations, and maintaining a welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and assist with the leasing process.
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective residents and assist with scheduling tours.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
