Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and assist with maintaining occupancy.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Process rental applications and supporting documentation.
• Complete income certifications and recertifications.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Verify income and other eligibility documentation.
• Follow Affordable Housing program requirements and guidelines.
• Assist with LIHTC housing programs.
• Prepare and process lease paperwork.
• Communicate with residents regarding leasing requirements and documentation.
• Follow up with prospective residents throughout the leasing process.
• Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date files.
• Work closely with property management and maintenance staff.
• Help address resident questions and concerns.
• Assist with resident retention and maintaining a positive community environment.
• Follow company policies and Fair Housing requirements.

Evergreen Real Estate is hiring an experienced AFFORDABLE Leasing Agent to join our team!

New luxury community located in the heart of Downtown Nashville,TN.

We are looking for a Leasing Agent with Affordable Housing experience who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working with residents and prospective residents.

Position Responsibilities
